Challenge
Each year KPMG Ireland creates a graduate campaign to attract the most talented students and graduates from across the island of Ireland.
Our task was to stand out in a saturated graduate recruitment market, competing not only with the other Big Four firms but also with major global employers.
How could we present the KPMG Graduate Programme as the best choice for future grads?
Solution
We decided to use bright colours, playful visuals, and uplifting language to bring the campaign more energy and optimism.
We then shot five current KPMG Graduate Programme members in a studio, each set against a vibrant coloured backdrop, capturing their authentic delighted reactions to confetti cannons. We then built the imagery of our campaign around these images.
