Challenge
The KPMG Management Conference 2025 was hosted in the ICC Belfast by KPMG Ireland. It’s an internal leadership event focused on aligning managers around the firm’s priorities and performance goals for the year ahead. It also marked the introduction of the firm’s new Managing Partner.
As the lead designer for the event I was tasked with creating the branding while working with the Managing Partner’s office, creating the screen design with the AV team and collaborating with all speakers to create high-quality animated PowerPoint presentations.
Solution
The theme of the conference was creating a high performance culture around the idea of KPMG being “the Best.” I designed a rolodex animation to highlight the key areas the new Managing Partner wanted to focus on, and a bespoke animated backdrop built from moving squares to give the stage a sense of movement and energy throughout the presentations.
